Back on the trail, not just out of pain.

One-on-one physical therapy in Highland. Nobody hands you a sheet of exercises and disappears.

No referral needed in Colorado. Every visit is 60 minutes with one therapist, and most first visits are within a few days.

Where it hurts

Tap the spot. See what a plan looks like.

These are the patterns we see most, with the usual length of care. Your evaluation sets the real plan, but you should know roughly what you are signing up for.

A therapist guiding a back exercise
A runner stretching on a track

Questions

Before your first visit.

Still unsure? Call the front desk and talk to a therapist, not a phone tree.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No. Colorado allows direct access to physical therapy. A few plans, including some Medicare Advantage plans, still ask for one, and we check that for you.

What should I wear?

Clothes you can move in. Shorts if it is your knee or hip, a tank top if it is your shoulder.

How many visits will I need?

Most people are discharged in 6 to 10 visits. We write the number down at your evaluation and revisit it every two weeks.

What if I pay myself?

$165 for the first visit and $140 after that. You get a superbill to send to your insurer for out of network reimbursement.
