Tall windows, heart pine floors and a long table for breakfast. Forsyth Park is six minutes on foot, and the street is quiet by ten.
The house
The house has been an inn since 2009 and a home for the 155 years before that. We kept the plaster ceilings and the iron balconies, and added beds you sink into, rain showers and a front parlor with a record player and the newspaper.
The rooms
Every room has a king or queen bed, its own bath and a window onto the street or the garden. Rates are per night before tax.
Plan a stay
Tap a check in date, then a check out date. Friday and Saturday nights cost a little more and need a two night stay. Struck out dates are already booked.
Breakfast
Cooked to order by Marisol, who has run the kitchen since the inn opened. Coffee is from a roaster on Bull Street. Tell us what you can't eat when you book and it never reaches your plate.

Children over 10 are welcome. The house is old and the stairs are steep, so the garden rooms are the easiest pick for families.
